Inside Rear Arches & boot floor

...Is there supposed to be small rubber bungs on the inside of the rear arches, behind the plastic panels?! If so are they there to prevent water getting in but allow air to pass through?! Seems a good place to let water in?!

Is there also supposed to be 2 bungs under the boot carpet at either corner closest to the bumper?

And finally what can you use to fill small screw holes in the arch, where it looks like a cd changer has been attached? Don't want any water leaking in?

    Cheers
    Danny
