Leaking Gearbox Oil?

Seems to be leaking from the N/S driveshaft as it meets the gearbox? Is there a seal which could be replaced or is it like every other small job...a f£$king NIGHTMARE

let the three bolts on the inner boot go and put some shilak(head gasket sealer) on the gearbox where the boot wud meet it

YE and if isnt that itll be the seal on the drive shaft......which aint that expensive done it on me r5
