    Boot trim part...

Can you remove the plastic trim part on the boot?

Mine seems to be full of crud inside, not really sure how i would clean it out though...... or would i be better off getting a new one?

    Cheers

Held on by 8 or so small white ball clips, just pull the cover towards you and it pops of. This allows you to get inside the tailgate.

4 screws and 2 clips, screw at either end visible, 2 under the black caps either side of tailgate lock then gently pull away from body as so not to snap the plastic clips off, might be able to fill them with hot water to disperse the green crud that lies inside

Be careful, the outside 2 have a tendancy to snap.
