HI All
as you may have read on my other topic about me having trouble getting the car started. had it running a bit now but the revs keep going up and down from just under 1000 rpm to over 15000 rpm. any ideas what this can be ??? it does it when its cold and hot ???

possibly idle speed control valve mate, try cleaning it out first

iv taken the plug off that and it still does the same does that make any differance normaly ??

Take the ISCV off and give it a good clean with carb cleaner anyway.

if it doesnt make any difference it might be sludged up, carb cleaner will sort it
