Fuel Hose Inner Diameter

Can soeone who has any lying about let me know what the inner diameter of the fuel hose on the clios, where it connects to the inlet manifold, can't be asred to take mine off to measure it and then put it al back on for a few days to order some.

Otions are 1/4", 5/16", and 3/8".

This is the hose from the joiner under the car by the driver's footwell up to the manifold, the external diameter looks thihcker, don't know if the internal is different?
