random lights problem

ok so my rear passenger light doesnt work brake light works and front drivers side sidelight dont work i put a new bulb in and still not working thinking as the old one was black it had blown.

any ideas what could be the problem? seems randon but must me related?

tried the earth? mine is dodgy and all flashes like an 80s disco when you have the indicator on, really need to sort it

look at the circuit bord of which the bulbs fit into the can rust and connection can fail

dont think its that mate, its happend since ive had the dash out.

Clean the connections to the bulb up?

Can't remember if the rear lights are on a seperate fuse to the brake lights?

If you've had the dash out then check all the relays etc are connnected properly, easy enough to twat one when the dash comes out

Water can escape past the seal in the rear light cluster and cause corrosion on the board.

nah its in good condition no corrosion :S

Ben i think you need to focus you attention on the dash. everything was fine before you removed it so get the dash off again and check everything.
