    What brakes would you get?

hey guys, what brakes would you get for the clio, 1.7turbo
As i bought it there was no brakes so i will be needing some, they are a little bit important :-p lol
Would Willy/Valver Calipers, and discs do the trick or is aftermarket the way forward? thanks

if you will only be using it on road then a fresh set of willy/16v calipers with decent pads/discs will be fine

The top picture is a pair I have reground ready to fit,I got about 6 pairs of these for free .Because you will notice a lug missing .Nothing wrong/faulty with them ~~ just used and the works (Prodrive) do this so no~one else can use etc

It is well documented somewhere on this site ~~ I do not know where exactly .
The calipers are from a WRC (World Rally Car) Subaru and are actually rear Gravel Specification .
The calipers are radial mounted as opposed to normal Clio (side mounted).
I got the calipers off the owner of AUTOTEK MOTORSPORT,at a knock down price, for doing work etc etc .
I then gave Mick at Aframe engineering,a hub/upright,caliper/wheel and he made the bells and mounting brackets
The set up you see including carbo~ceramic pads cost me about £1000 :o :o all in,they bolted on easier than original equipment.
Down side ~~~ I have to use 16" wheels.

Mick can fit practically any caliper/disc combination ~~ just give him you details. He reckons the 4pot Brembos from Porsches are fairly cheap secondhand and these could be made to fit.
