    williams 2 vs audi tt

    williams 2 vs audi tt (the one with the double exhaust


    coming up on mine and northys test track, audi tt accelerating hard braking trying to impress his bird (at this point oil not warmed up bided my time)

    5 miles later there is a dual carriageway up a steep hill (up to ainly top roundabout

    he got stuck behind a van were both in 2nd (van turning left )
    gear where off
    booted it stayed level in to 3rd start gaining as we go up the hill in to 4th along side him end of 4th starting to pass in to 5th manage to pull in front .

    bloke in tt was not impressed stopped att traffic lights for a chat is that standard i go yeah how much 5Grand i say bird was smiling quite nice owned the entire way

    been thinking about it they are quite close but last time we raced he was one up

    have to wait for the track day to have them both on the road together

    oh and maybe pod

    Most willys are pretty close tbh....watch out once the cams are in! Track day should be good...but a brotherly shootout at Pod sounds interesting!

    Probably a 180, if we're talking a standard willy. You struggle to pass a 225 at those speeds in a standard Williams imho. Hang on to on sure, but not catch and pass. It's always nice making fun of TT owners though.....

    Unless he's changed the exhaust system and rear bumper, it'll be a 225 as the 180 has a single pipe. Could be a 3.2 V6, as they're about the same speed as the 225s.

    As you say though, very surprising . Good effort Northy!

    I love asking them if its a 180 when its really a 225 or V6 lol
