    rear break callipers

just failed on my mot for a siezed rear calliper. These were replaced 10 months ago with "refurbed" parts.

would you expect 12 months warranty on a rear calliper and would you expect it to sieze?

should i ask for a refund or is this acceptable?

They seem to do this for fun

Mine seemed to have seized this MOT time and I just thought it quicker and easier to get it replaced than faff around doing the cable, adjusting it, perhaps stripping the caliper down...

after 10 months you wont get a refund, they should exchange it though if it has a 12 month warranty
