if they are just at the side of a rd with a gun, no van, do they have to come after u (if u were speeding )? coming to work and there was a fella gunning people as u come round a corner which takes u from national speed limit to a 30 zone. there was his t-5 parked behind him. i reckon i was going 40ish (35/40). (he didnt come after me btw)
