    New wheels

Dont get me wrong but the phase 2 wheels arn't that bad but they just look dated, so i managed to get hold of a set of 172 cup wheels for ebay. They were curbed to buggary and the tyres were bald, so i got them referbished at JP Polishing at Canvey island essex for £170.00 and considering there powdercoated and the condition i thought that was a good price. After 3 months in the shed i managed to save up for a set of Goodyear Eagle F1's 195/45/16R. Well chuffed with the outcome.

I think the standard 172 cup springs might fit and lower it by around 15 mm

    You know it

Cup springs only lower it about 10mm at the most i would say. Stiffens the front end right up though
