hard on petrol

my clio williams as a bb tuning turbo conversion. about 2 mounths ago my injectors went, then it blew the head gasket then the turbo went and shell bearings and oil pump now with all that fixed it seems really hard on fuel, and when you hold some revs on it like 2500 it will go down to 2000 for a second and back up, it does this right throughout the rev range.any one know what could be wrong?

does the conversion still use the potentiometer on the throttle body ?

yes,it was replaced to cause the old one was faulty.

could be the lambda as it still controls fueling..

what injectors have you used...

when it was replaced, was it set up correctly

i thought it was the lamda but i have fitted a new one as its still the same.i took it to a local garage and had it plugged in but could get no info from the car at all.

its on bosch r21 turbo 802s.
