standard cam identification ?

whats the way to find out what car a pair of
standard or reprofiled (bought from piper etc ) cams
came off ?

also can someone confirm standard williams and valver cams are different
as in williams being wilder ??

yes all cams are different between models..

think like springs there have paint marking to identify the cams..

most re profiled cams are marked on the dizzy end by being engraved.. my piper cams are...
