its not rotten! its missing the fuel bowl. previous owner thought fitting a dimma cap was a good idea.

the dealership wont even get them that much cheaper, you would be surprised how little profit are in some of the parts

id say maybe 20% off tops but i cant remember that code they are, probably only be 10-15%
