    f7r?

    hi everybody..
is the f7r block ment to have "f7r" stamped or imbossed on it, other than the small aluminium plate at the front that says "f7r 700"

it might have been a dream but im certin i read somewhere that the f7r block had "f7r" imbossed on the back of the block on the top right corner?

i have a second williams engine and i took the head off and checked the bore and it was 82.7 which is what it should be for williams, is there any other charicteristics of the block which say its really an f7r,

    thanks folks...

The megane block has F7R stamped into it/embosed like this in 3 locations iirc (or was it 2, maybe someone else can confirm).

The megane block being 710 and 714.

    700 is williams.
