PC tool wanted

Dunno what you'd call it but i want a tool that will search through a folder, ie my music folder and remove any occurances of the same song, dunno how its happened but i seem to have loads of songs on my computer twice, and wanna clear it all up and tidy it all up

would be a very handy tool. i would like to know if one exists. but if you have 2 songs the same in the same folder the computer would bring up a warning saying to rename the file????? i take it these songs are all in different folders?

Yeah thats right, asked on cliosport and had a few ideas, but no one knows of a tool

I've gone back to going through media player for songs that come up twice, media player looks nice and tidy now, but the actual folders are no doubt a mess lol

i darent look through my music folders, there terrible, but if i start sorting/tidying etc ill not stop till ive reorganised the whole pc lol
