    Williams / Valver springs

    Does anyone know how many coils are on a standard coil spring for a williams / valver?

    also are valver and williams springs the same?

    They are different, but ain't got a clue about the no of coils

    Different poundages I think?

    Not sure on the number of coils - they usually snap off anyway... LoL

    Get yourself some 172 Cup springs

    16v and williams and 1 7 2 are exactly the same.
    And they have 5.5 coils on them.

    front as 16v and williams have a torsion bar rear..

    As Neil said, the mk1 clio doesn't have any springs at the rear.
