    Me Vs BMW 330ci

are they slow? as it couldnt get ANYWHERE up to 110/15. i backed off then as it was 5.45 on an expressway and it was busy
in one particular instance i started booting it in 5th at 85ish (no point in 4th), after i had pulled over to let him take the lead and it was equal to 110.
any1 else had run-ins with em. as i thought it would cane me?

Might have been the auto box version as they are slightly slower than the manual jobby which does shift pretty well! Very quick over the ton....I had a dabble with one and lost 2 car lengths from 40-125 in my old car...

quick cars these mate, they have the E36 M3 engine. Auto boxes are slower off the mark but once they got going they are good for 155mph limited

    No, it's not.

330i engine is the M54 and has double vanos. E36 M3 engine is the S50 and is single vanos. Different engines completely

Autos are easy to stay with up to a ton. Done so a couple of times in mine, 2up.
