    Adjustable Williams/Valver De-Cat

    As above, Stainless Steel De-Cat that Rotates in the middle so the flanges line up for a williams or valver exhuast.

    No it wont fit both valver and williams....

    Williams downpipe bore is larger

    yes it will... just will mean the narrower valver will go into a bigger system at the decat, rather than just for the system

    the seal has nothing you do with the diameter tube.. its only effected by the plates that you bolt together and the quality of the welding.

    he's right in a way, best to keep the internal diameter the same or use smooth variations in diameter for performance, but tbh on a lowly clio its wont make that much difference, sure as hell doesnt on mine
