    Should there be any wires running along the plastic trim...

    Above the doors holding up the headlining? (think grab handles)

    I'm pretty sure there isn't! but just wanted to check - looks like someones had a right old laugh with the connections in the back of mine, theres some rubbish terminations! no wonder the rear speakers crackled the wires are twisted together and taped up!

    I'm going to rewire anything thats substandard but just wanted to check whats what - I think ones the old ultrasonics wire and one runs all the way to the boot and connects to the boot light switch - maybe another sensor for possible intrusion?

    anyway they're both chopped just wanted to double check nothing should be running up there.

    no mate. unless alarm wires run that way on yours ?

    Must be the old alarm as I said, the new one is pressure based so theres no wires, no problem its as I thought just wanted to double check :D
