I'm amazed that there isn't more deaths/injuries than there is. Those guys are gods! The lap record's average speed is something like 127.5mph. That's over 31 odd miles of dodgy British tarmac with lots of corners.
We shoud go over there on Mad Sunday next year - for the day, all traffic goes in a clockwise direction only. And there's no speed limit on a lot of the sections.....hmmmm, maybe not.

They do ferrys from Heysham which is only like 10 miles from me.....I really should have gone already!
