    Tightening torques

    Can anyone please tell me what the torque settings are on a willy lump.

    Mains,big ends,head bolts and cam carrier. :D

    Mains 60 to 65 nm

    Big Ends 40 to 45 nm

    Cam Carrier 8mm 24nm
    6mm 10nm

    Head Bolts Stage 1 30nm
    Stage 2 angle tighten by 51 degrees +- 3 degrees
    Stage 3 wait for 3 minutes minimum
    Stage 4 loosen all bolts completely
    Stage 5 25 nm
    Stage 6 angle tighten by 108 degrees +- 3 degrees

    i agree with the mains settings, but im pretty sure the big ends are 40 - 45nm?

    yes there are misread them....

    can they be altered then by a mod and added to the guides maybe.

    np only reason i noticed was i fitted my crank/rods just the other night!!
