Just wondering what type of oil and filter people are using ?

Renault filter, Motul 8100 5W-40 Oil from Opie Oils

hi dan, i take it theres been some good news

standard renualt filter

with regards to oil, i used to use 5w-40 on my old williams and it was fine , would run spot on.

on no.26 i used 5w-40 and it seems a bit tapetty , had a look through the service history and renault have used 10w-40 semi synthetic on all the previous servicing, so next time round thats what ill be using.

i think both work fine just depends on mileage and whats been used previously.

which ever one you go for just buy a good quality oil
