r19 gearbox mount.. same as a megane?

ive been told the r19 gearbox mount is the same as a meganes but is it just the 2litre meganes or is it any?

the fitting plate is the same but the actual rubber joint of the mount can be different, slightly different shapes as there is a few different part numbers for them, but should still fit

any idea which model megane i should look for then?

id go with the 2.0 megane if it has one, (f7r powered version) as it will most likely be correct!

The 2.0 16v Megane Coupe also uses suspension mounts similar to the Clio however the x3 bolt points on the top of the Megane JC5 are at wider centres than the Clio. The lower power versions of the Megane such as the 1.6 might use the 19 mount and the plate might appear to be different but the 3 bolt positions on the front are the same as i've got a Megane JC5-053 in my 19 on the 19 mount.

yeah i wasnt sure if the 2.0 megane did have them but i have seen lower models with them at work, the actual plates which bolts onto the box are all or most are the same, the main differences i have seen is the rubber joints

although that iirc is when i compared a r19 to 172 version
