Power at the wheels?

I was wondering does anybody hear ever measured a stock valver or stock willy at the dyno? Because the hp that are published for the stock setup are brake horse power - that means they are measured at the flywheel right?

My valver with ITG and Mongoose exhaust made

114.3 hp @ the wheels
108.4 ftlbs @ the wheels

What's an ITG and does that add hp?
