right put the williams engine into a valver, the valver is a phase 1 and the engine is a phase 2, the car wont start, according to my friend the fuel pump isnt working at all, jay told me yesterday its something to do with diffrent phase's
how do i get it to start?

You need to use the original engine loom from the 16v.

Not for a williams engine, you need a williams ECU.
