the 12's have been conquered !! - 12.9 qtr mile at york last bank hol monday. Was good talking to you guys at the FCS last week - had a great time. Been off work the past week hence the quietness. Looking forward to RTOC on sat / sun 16th & 17th july at santa pod.

nice work Matt, should be hitting the 11's before you know it with that new turbo and inter warmer... you've still not taken me for a spin in it yet too dood... whens the next NW meet?

(would you take it on a peaks run out of interest, or is it dangerously fast for that?)

The thing is with york its a slower track than santa pod. The best i got previously at york was 13.2, so with the LSD i have knocked 0.3 of a second off. The best time i got at santa pod was 13.0 flat - so now i reckon a 12.7 is in my clasp.....although ive a little trick up my sleeve and im aiming for a 12.5 at over 115mph.

And another thing - think ive blown my turbo......its chuckin oil vapour out the exhaust every time i change gear at high speed. So the IHI roller bearing may be making a "sooner than expected appearance".

hey martin - if you wanna get into the 13's try some cool blue or sunoco 108 octane fuel - it makes a drastic difference in the performance of your car.
