Me in my girlfriend's MkV Golf TDi DSG (138bhp), my mate in his girlfriends' Mazda MX-5 1.8.
What a laugh :D . Slowly creeping away from him, with smoke billowing, on the straights, but definately couldn't keep him off my arse in the corners!
Glancing at a sideways MX-5 in my rear-view mirror, whilst trying to negotiate a bumpy, dipping, twisty road in a bucking, wallowing, heavy Golf was a moment to savour :D
Averaged 48mpg for the 50 mile journey, and had the air con on all the way
