I dont know wether you will be able to tell just from the idle, but have a listen. I have my suspicions because the car pulls so hard after 5k its silly and pulls hard all the way to the limiter in 5th.

dont rekon ,sounds like mine . infact all my 16vs have souded a bit like that on idle.

onyl way to tell if it has cams is to get the rocker off OR get it rolling roaded.

Remove the Dizzy cap and check for a number or model stamping on the camshaft, thats the easiest way
