What do people use to make the hole in the bulkhead? am not wanting to use a grinder as i figure it'll send sparks all over the shop and make a right mess, drill loads of times?
also for those that have done it where roughly in the bulkhead have they drilled? mines an open i/k on the end of a metal boost pipe so the hole will be essentially circular!pics?
this one goes out to shaks, gunner and neil in particular!

B&Q sell hole saws, bosch ones are good, you'll need a chuck and hole saw which is quite pricey tho

cover all the necessary things with a fire retardant blanket and use the grinder, it works... me and gunner did it!

i used a hole saw and fitted it were the pace charger tank went.
