    Audi S3

    8L (up to 2003)

    What are your opinions ?

I know they're not that quick but i'm going to be doing a few more miles and i'd like some comfort and these seem to be reasonable now and sound

our lass has an audi a4 tdi, p reg with 195000 miles on it, it runs like a 5 year old car with 20000 miles on it, will definatly be sticking with audi's for her as our family car, but she wants a red s4 next, i've told her to stop dreaming, she can have a red 1 but it's gonna be a a4 tdi estate!!!

honestly mate tdi's rule !!! we went to france last year and we got to where we were staying in france on 1 tank of juice, that was about 650 mile, and my sister came in her impreza turbo and she used nearly 2 and 1/2 tanks of petrol. our lasses is only the 90 bhp diesel but thats fast enough for her, shes been driving for 5 years and still hasn't got used to the idea of taking her foot off the clutch pedal, she slips it like fook all the time but somehow hasn't ragged the clutch to pieces yet.........(i shouldn't tempt fate by saying that but fook it)

    Hi

A mates got one. 225BHP model. A completely different car compared to any french car. Feels solid and like new. The grip off the line being 4*4 is MAD. They can be tuned very easily like most VAG stuff.

Audi's are great cars in my opinion my mate has as heavily modified RS4 which is unbelievable and his mate has a standard 210 S3 which he has driven and rates them very highly. I have heard that a standard S3 was as quick round the Nurburg as the S4. 280BHP from standard car with miltek exhaust and gutted precats. MTM s3 is 330 BHP which stupidly quick. Iam looking at getting an S3 or 330ci as my next car.
