Sorry to ask but help needed changing discs and pads

Ok I have some new front discs and pads and just rear pads and I want to change them.... Please could anyone give me exact instructions on how to change front discs and pads and just rear pads?

Is there any where I can download some info or could someone scan something in for me?

Im waiting for my manual to arrive but its gonna be another week......

Any step by step instructions so I do it right are greatly appreciated....

Follow the instructions from the thread http://www.williamsclio.co.uk/forum/...ic.php?t=24245

As others mentioned there, you'll need to wind the calipers back in on the rears as well.
