    What Next...

Now that the 18poo is soon to leave me later this evening its time to get thinking on "what next". To begin with i was setting my limit quite high and looking at either a MK4 R32 or 147GTA but with a looming house purchase we are now looking at around £5K MAX!

I am thinking either a 1.8T Ibiza Cupra or a Polo GTI, then hopefully i will have enough money to buy an R6 once the house is all sorted out.

    Idea's people...

If its the mk4 polo style shape gti, then i would make sure you check the gearbox has been replaced.
There worse than clios and just die after a some mileage.

Out of the two, the Cupra would be a much more entertaining drive. The Polos are rubbish!

    How about...

    Focus ST170
    172 Cup
    Corrado VR6
MG ZR 160 or MG ZS 180
    Seat Leon Cupra
    Fiat Coupe 20v Turbo
    S14 200SX

    ...plus what Martin said!

And if you're thinking of a Polo, then even these might do...

    Alfa 147
    Audi A3 1.8 T
    Stilo Abarth
    Mk4 Astra GSi

The Cupras are also rubbish. Even with uprated suspension they're just a turd. Seat must've still been learning how to make suspension. Rolly car with no bump absorption.

Zollo....the Stilo Abarth is actually quite a good car, i know someone who has one.

    Well worth considering

Doesn't have some sort of shat semi-auto box though that massively lets it down?

I think they're available with manuals? Anyway, I'm pretty sure it's the handling that lets them down! Although I think they're nice cars. Sweet five-pot motor, nice looks, decent image...

I may be wrong, but I believe some come with paddel shift gear boxes?!
