Alarm & ABS problem???

Just installed new dizzy cap and leads today. Just driving home and the alarm starts going off as I'm driving along. The immobilizer doesn't kick in and the alarm siren goes off after 1 minute ish and the cars fine. You can't turn it off using the key fob, it just stays on. When this happens the ABS light comes on. If you wait for the siren to go off and turn the car off and back on again the ABS turns off like normal. After fitting the new dizzy and leads it still idles roughly- does it need a new battery, bad earth or alternator?

What's the problem???

I left the battery off last night and this seems to have fixed it. Its been raining here in edinburgh so it must have just had water in it.

The misfire was a blow spark plug. New set and the car feels great. As for the alarm I cut the wires it the siren and its stopped the ABS light from coming on and turning off the ABS system. Good knows why the siren upsets the ABS. Its getting a new alarm on tuesday, so should be fully fixed :P
