    quick question :)

    How to clean the idle control valve out ??

    Ive got it off and want to clean it out Thanks

    stupid question, but you don't know till you ask, which one is the iscv?

    Thanks for the reply.

    Would carb and clutch cleaner do the trick with a coton bud ? is the unit sealed and u clean it throught the 2 holes ???


    The iscv is at the front of the inlet manifold with a plug connector on the top circle unit thingy... hope that helps

    yeah brake/carb cleaner is fine, just use that and a cotton bud and work it abit, should get all the crap out of it lol

    and after doing all that move the thing
    clockwise and anti clock wise sharply
    and make sure the valve in there spins back and
    forth freely as idleing problems related to these
    are usually caused by a stuck valve

    Sits just to left of airbox on front of inlet manifold.
