Knock Knock??

Hi all,
sometimes when i pull away or mostly the case go from reverse to pull away i hear a knock, is this the balljoints?? i prob could find out if i jacked the car up and looked, but it would involve gettin off my arse lol. any ideas?

i've got this at the moment and all my wishbones/balljoints etc are ok.

I'm going to try the driveshafts and change the dogbone mount tomorrow as these are also common problems.
