    Very Strange Engine Problem....

Tried turning the engine on with they key, I get ignition but no crank...I can't hear the fuel pump.

    Here's the strange part...

I pressed the button on my fob to start the engine, engine cranks and everything started fine....Put my keys in the ignition, depressed the brake as I'm suppose to and the engine dies.

    Any ideas?

defo electrical. Could be a whole host of things.

best thing is if you need the car urgent is to call out an auto electrican, otherwise spend a week searching for the fault.

sounds like an alarm issue tbh mate. I dont bother with remote start personally for these reasons, plus i'd probably leave it in first and the car would go into something when I remote blipped it is there a way of disarming the immobiliser?
