Williams Engine Blue smoking off throttle

n e guys help with a problem ive got with my car... Last week i was racing my friends 2.0 redtop nova... me being in front he noticed that off throttle my car smoked blue... not too much so he said... i also noticed when i slammed third it coughed a cloud of smoke out... unsure what colour as it didnt cross my mind....

ive thought that it might be the rings although after checking the engine out thoroughly as ive only had the car a week. i noticeed that the oil has been filled the the maximum mark on the dipstick. not sure wether this may be the reason.. car dosent seem to be burning any oil.....
