missfire...

happened a few months ago.

been fine ever since...

now, when driving again, will stall on idle when first started up and left for a few mins. will be hessitant on driving, at 4krpm will start missfiring badly. will stall at junctions or at low speed. once stalled will crank over but sometimes difficult to restart.

ideas?

new HT leads, new dizzi cap, new rotor arm, new plugs.

im thinking coil could be on its way out?

main earths seem fine...

anyone ever had anything similar.

i had it on a 80mile back road blast 2 weekends ago and it ran perfectly, now this again. weird as a beard!!!!

as you've suggested mate, someone i know had this and it turned out to be oil on the plugs causing it.
