Would a gearbox out a 1999 renault scenic 1.6e . . .

would a gearbox out a 1999 renault scenic 1.6 e be the same as in my clio (1.8 16v). The code stamped on the box is JB3, but will the casing and everything be the same?

I'm currently running a megane 1.6 16v box. as long as the top gearbox mount looks the same you should be fine

Does that gearbox make any difference to way car drives. does it hit 60 quicker?

I honestly cant remember, was so broken for long At 4k in 5th im doing about 87 mph though and I've had it up to 144 on the speedo with this box so doesn't seem to be slower cos i only used to able to get 130
