The concept of a 1.4 box on a 1.8 seems like a good plan, but will it kill it quickly?

Or will it not even fit?

Why would u wanna do that andy? surely it would strangle your motor? i think they look and are routed the same but i think bore size is different

the box will fit. just wont along the bottom but all the cylinder block holes do. I would only fit one if there wasa shortage of 16vboxes lol

yeh 1400 box would fit, manic acceleration i presume, but fit a 16v box lol

I dont think the RT's have much different gearing, but you can use one I used a RSi box which has the same bellhousing on my old 16v
