Clio Williams 1 emissions

Does anyone know the official emissions number for the Clio Williams 1? I've just read that our council is increasing the price of parking permits depending on g/km and am wondering how much I'll have to pay.

p.s. The increase is applied regardless of mileage so is, of course, totally unjust. i.e. if my car does 2k a year, I pay more than someone with a basic Clio that does 20k per year. Brilliant. It's just as well it's not a 4x4 or the council will no doubt multiply x4.

I don't think they have the proper CO2 g/km measurements for cars produced before a certain year, so they'll just guess that you are in a certain range, maybe based on engine size, like they do on road tax, I would think?
