Right, i've been looking at ferry prices and so far this is what i've got

    P&O
    Depart 0530
    Return 1235 £110

    Sea France
    Depart 0700
    Return 1130 £112

    Aferry
    Depart 0730
    Return 1220 £65

I know which one I would like to take but we need to make a decision and book

i know they are. the route was up origionally but its changed again. We are now going from
    dover to calais
    calais to ypres
ypres to nurburg (we're gonna go to Amsterdam for the day for you and Jesus)
    nurburg to dunkerque
    then back home

Cuts a lot of driving out and also keeps the price down with us all camping

bout 500 ish European miles it works out as now iirc... much better imo!

oh 2 live, speak to Matt, he said he fancies coming, so that would reduce petrol and other costs if you fancy a passenger!

day trip to the Dam sounds good, but I think me n Jon will pop up to Rotterdam from Yepres too ;) lol

its 597.9miles exactly for all the european driving thats including getting back to calais from Dunkerque

Nurburg to amsterdam is 208.9miles (about 2-3hrs)
Nurburg to rotterdam is 200.8 miles (another 2-3hrs)

A round trip from nuirburg to amsterdam then rotterdam and back to nurburg is 458.1miles (about 7hours driving)

How many days is everyone wanting to spend at the ring. We'll be there on the Satuday and Sunday which its open all day on Sunday. do you want 2 or 3 or 4 days.

Its up to you but someone needs to look into the prices for how much it will cost to stay per night at a house with garages at the nurburg

Are we still up for sharing one tent?

Right me and laura have been thinking. what about camping at the ring? theres an official campsite plus it wont cost as much plus our cars can be parked right outside the tent
