The offence was 6th of sept. I got a letter about 3 days later and sent it away about 2 weeks after that. They then sent me a summons today.

Tell me about it lol. I read on that pepipoo forum that i can get a possible 4-6 points + fine and maybe 16 to 52 day ban for 52 in a 30. Originally Posted by Matty86

Would think it would be a 30 if he's being taken to court. One of my brothers mates got 3 points for 56mph in a 30 zone at about 1 in the morning so just shows that points can vary a fair bit even in similar situations.
