Today's Work...

Well, today i had the day off work, so i decided to be constructive and spray my 16v steering wheel that i purchased not long ago as it was looking quite tatty.

Firstly a sat for a few hours with the sander getting all the black paint off preparing it for spraying.

Next came 2 coats of primer, i wasn;t sure whether to do this or not as i quite liked the polished effect. Anyways here's what it looked like with primer:



Then Came 3 coats of renault black pearlescent. Here's how it turned out:











Thats it almost finished, tommorrow i will apply 2 coats of lacquer to finish it off nicely. So the hours i spent sanding down was worth it in the end.

I applied some lacquer this morning to finish her of nicely, so here she is, the finished article!

Just waiting for my ph2 centre cap now. Enjoy...
