Anyone got any tips for posting stuff like exhausts, like how you packaged them and how much it cost in postage?

usually just bubble wrap and tape them together and add some card board around the boxes for extra padding. royal mail deliver anything up to about 20kg for 12.46 but no insurance or 10kg with upto 2500 insurance for 20.00. over that weight it usually cheaper to send by pallet weight which is between 40 to 60 depending where its going

Cheers bud. I might just drop it in at my friends at Mailboxes and tell them to sort it out! :P
