    enlarging manifold ports

    got a spare inlet and exhaust manifolds, any one ever tried a diy job to enlarge the ports??? thinking about giving it a bash??

    for best performance the manifolds should be an exact match to the head ports. imo

    not on exhausts, a slightly larger manifold port helps prevent reversion. Especially if your running a turbocharger.

    Sorry I know the principle etc just wonderd if any one had had it done and what if any gains they got??

    no gains as they are large enough
