    Cam Change

due to being skint but wanting...no scratch that NEEDING more power (am close to sacking it off cuz its too slow) am gonna slap the cams i got in the shed into my current engine instead of 'saving' them for the F7R.

am basically gonna reuse all the crap thats on there, timing belt etc cuz its all less than 2000 miles old. i got new cam oil seals for the cams and thats it.

however what do i need to do after fitting? i have a tub of oil, good idea to dose the cams with it before rocker on? and how long is it likely to take to fit them baring in mind engine is in car and complete atm.

    cheers

fitting...an hour to a day depending on how quick you are.

Cover them in cam-lube ideally...failing that...loads of oil, then cam cover on, then start her.
