    power of williams turbo

What power would you expect from a turbo willy lump
More asking if that they respond well to being turbo'ed

Bit of a guessing game I spose, lets say for arguements sake

Im not doin this, just wondered as you dont see many turboed clio's.. and if they are turbos there normally R5 gt lumps

    Fully rebuilt 2.0
    Worked head and cams
    Low compression pistons 8.5,1
Steel H section rods and bolts
Decent intercooler (2wd cossie perhaps they are capable of handling 18psi)
    Say 12psi boost
    Managment who knows

adi s was the 1800 version, quite a high spec.....ex nick read car....he was plannin on runnin it up to close to 250 bhp ....apparently bb can do this....lol

unfortunately its just been sold again.........real nice lookin car, but the performance of it never really lived up to the amount of money spent imo.....beat it a few times down the strip, and had a few plays with it on road...same outcome really...far too much lag again imo.

doing the same to the williams lump..only ever seen 1 tbh..seen it a few times...unfortunately iv never seen it running or moving. reckon on this engine money would be better spent on other mods tbh. same as 1800.

Shame...did he make any on it ???

I have only seen 1.8 turbos run the 1/.4mile....think they were doing low 14's from memory on a poor day.

I think BB use a T28 turbo, I have a T25 on mine which is smaller so spools up quicker and is still good for 15psi.
