How to stop it...... have had the arches repaired but have got 2 tiny bubbles coming through which is coming from the inside how can i stop this???

whoever has done the arches , probably have not done the job properly
rust is like cancer ,you cant just cover it with
body filler and forget about it .
i would wait till they get bigger and have rear arches welded
instead of the old ones PROFESSIONALLY !!!!
